The Team Behind Fern Consult
The Fern team embodies decades of experience, deep rooted knowledge, and a commitment to Africa’s transformative development. They have an excellent track record of working together and contributing to building and growing the African Women’s Development Fund(AWDF),the largest Pan African Women’s Fund on the continent. Over a period of three decades, they worked collectively in various capacities and played pivotal roles in shaping AWDF’s vision and mission, and contributed to positioning the organization as the powerhouse it is today.
The team’s cohesion enables them to function seamlessly, leveraging each member’s individual expertise and strengths with the aim of creating lasting, sustainable change across Africa.
